I would just like to say hello to all the JAXLUG members, and say that I am new to area and am looking forward to meeting you all at the next meeting. I am from Miami, born and grown. I was also a part of the MIALUG. I have a backround in Resturants, (bartending) and in Computers. I have been using Linux now for about 3 years (SuSE mostly) and havent run anything else on a laptop since my first install on my old pent 1 thinkpad. Oh and I almost forgot, I'm a surfing geek, so I'm really stoked to be in the JAX because Miami doesnt have surf all that often. So again I'm looking forward to meeting you all, and I hope we can learn from eachother.
